With a background in market research, Austin has a consumer centric business mindset with a strong passion in entrepreneurship, innovation, and product marketing. He has started businesses of his own, so Austin can relate first hand to the common challenges all entrepreneurs face when launching or growing a product in the marketplace. Austin joined the HG team in 2017 as the Product Launch Specialist where he helps clients turn their products into household names. He and his wife, Bethany, have lived in Colorado for a few years now and love being outdoors, watching football, and snowboarding.

Just under a decade officially, but I have always had my eye on new products and innovations.

What advice would you give yourself if you could go back to Day 1 of your career? Perception is not always reality. Dig in and find out for yourself.

Favorite recent brand experience? Apple when I got my Apple Watch. They are the prime example of excelling product innovation and listening to consumers as they build out product lines.

Laundry. It never stops.
